CONTRACT OF USE
SIGMA OFFICE complies with all applicable laws and circulars concerning distance contracts. Visiting and using the Online Shop implies automatically the acceptance of these Terms of Use. In case of disagreement with the following terms and conditions, the visitor must not use the Online Store.
SIGMA OFFICE reserves the right to unilaterally modify, add, alter or renew the content or services of the Online Store, as well as the Terms of Use, at any time it deems necessary and without prior notice, with only the communication of the same through the Online Store.

Products of the Online Store
Office furniture and related products (hereinafter "products") of SIGMA OFFICE stores are available for sale through the e-shop. The prices of the Online Shop are only valid for orders placed through the Online Shop.
There may be discrepancies, for technical reasons, in the photographs of the products presented (e.g. shades). The presentation of products and services for sale on the website has the character of an invitation to users to submit a proposal for the preparation of a contract.
Product availability
SIGMA OFFICE will inform about any unavailability of products through appropriate verbal indications that will be posted in the online shop next to the unavailable product. The company reserves the right to inform you in the event of subsequent (after you have placed an order) unavailability of a product. In this case, you may, with your express declaration, cancel the entire order or consent to the execution of the order with regard to the available products.
In cases of refusal of receipt or inability to deliver the products for reasons beyond its control, SIGMA OFFICE has the right to charge the buyer with the costs of storage and handling of the products in its warehouses. Also, the company reserves the right to cancel the order in the event that the products remain in its warehouses for more than 15 days and to offset any amount received against the costs incurred by this order.
Limitation of liability of SIGMA OFFICE
SIGMA OFFICE offers the products of the Online Shop for sale in accordance with these terms of use and the applicable legislation. SIGMA OFFICE shall not be liable for any damage or loss that may be caused to customers and/or users of the Online Shop, beyond the obligation to return, correct or replace products in accordance with the provisions of the sub-pages of this website. Submit an order
Orders must be received through the Online Store by filling in and sending the relevant Order Form. Product prices include VAT. SIGMA OFFICE reserves the right to change prices without notice without affecting the prices of orders already registered. When placing the order, the customer is given the opportunity to choose whether the document issued for the order will be a retail receipt or a sales invoice. An invoice is issued to companies and freelancers if they fill in the following details when placing their order: Company name, Tax ID, Tax Office, Headquarters and delivery address and profession. Any changes to the invoicing data can be made until the delivery date is finalised by the dispatch department. If you are subject to a special VAT regime and you want us to issue an invoice, you must email us at info@sigmaoffice.gr your business registration (scanned in an attachment) showing that the address is in the reduced VAT area.
Once we receive the business start-up we will credit your account with the VAT difference. The credit will be made to your bank account or credit card depending on the payment method you have chosen.
SECURITY AND PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL RIGHTS
The e-sigmaoffice.com store guarantees the security and privacy of your personal data and your electronic transactions. Your personal data is collected and stored by the online store e-sigmaoffice.com. They are not disclosed to third parties or published for any other reason.

Cancellation / Withdrawal Policy
Right to cancel order and right of withdrawal
Every customer of the Online Store has the right, in accordance with the current legislation, to cancel the order within three (3) calendar days from the date of its completion, without any charge or to withdraw from the sale without reason, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products.
A necessary condition - in any case - is that the returned item must be unused and in excellent condition, have its packaging intact and complete, with all its components - accessories and any other or additional provision - benefit that was given with it in view of the purchase (e.g. gift-cheques, additional or other product, etc.)
its original purchase or delivery documents (retail sales receipt/Shipping slip or Invoice/Shipping slip) and any other accompanying form or item (e.g. labels, tags, warranty form, instructions for use, etc.) as well as its packaging and other contents in intact and excellent condition (e.g. box, styrofoam, nylon, batteries, instructions for use) etc.)and with the completed RETURN-RESIGNATION FORM.
It should be noted that for some items, which are special construction, returns are not accepted. Before purchasing them please consider the above.
In any case, it is pointed out that the shipping costs charged to the customer for sending and delivering his order to him are not refundable. Similarly, assembly costs and other additional services are not refunded.
In case of return of the products and provided that the products have been previously received and checked by SIGMA OFFICE, the credit to the customer will be made with the diligence of SIGMA OFFICE, by credit to the credit/debit card or account with which the customer made the specific purchase (based on a customer's statement) and for the details of which he will inform SIGMA OFFICE. In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, SIGMA OFFICE is not obliged to receive them or has the right to receive them and to seek compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and any damage caused to them, and to unilaterally and without any other reason, fully or partially offset this claim against the customer. In general, for the completion of the return process, regardless of the justification, the customer must have fully repaid its debt to SIGMA OFFICE, both in terms of the cost of the item and the transport charges.
If they are not returned within 14 days then SIGMA OFFICE may not accept any return or replacement of product. In any case, the maximum refund period for replacement may not be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In addition to the rights provided by the return policy, all rights applicable to consumers under the existing provisions and laws on the sales contract, as well as any rights arising in connection with the terms of product warranty, are recognized in any case.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal – return
The rights of return and withdrawal provided for above shall not apply in the following cases:
1. The product has been manufactured in accordance with the consumer's specifications, that is, it is personalized.

DELIVERY / OWNERSHIP / RISK
Ownership of the Product is transferred after full payment, while the risk is transferred upon delivery.
In order to avoid your own hassle, it is advisable to check the product at the time of delivery of your order, in order to detect any obvious defects.

FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS
We are not responsible or liable for any failure to fulfill or delay in the fulfillment of any of our obligations under the Convention caused by events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
A Force Majeure event is any act, event, inability to perform, omission or accident that is not subject to our reasonable control and includes specifically (but not limited to) the following:
a. Strikes, strikes or other union acts.
b. Social unrest, insurgency, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not), or threat or preparation for war.
c. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.
d. Inability to use railways, ships, airplanes, motor vehicles or other public or private means of transport.
e. Inability to use public or private telecommunications networks.
f. Acts, decrees, laws, regulations or government restrictions.
g. Any strike, breakdown or accident of the shipping and postal services or other means of transport.
The fulfillment of our obligations under any Contract is considered to be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event and the time to fulfill our obligations will be extended by a period equal to the duration of that period. We will use all reasonable efforts to bring the Force Majeure Event to an end or to find a solution enabling us to fulfill our obligations under the Convention despite the Force Majeure Event.
RESIGNATION
If at any time during the term of a Contract we do not seek your strict fulfillment of any of your obligations under the Contract or any of these Terms and Conditions, and/or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled under the Contract or these Terms, this will not constitute our waiver or limitation of such rights and remedies and will not relieve you from the obligation to comply with such obligations.
Our waiver of an individual claim does not constitute a waiver of such a claim in the future.
No waiver by us of any of these Terms or of the rights and remedies we have under the Agreement shall be considered valid unless it is expressly stated that this is a waiver and you are notified in writing, in accordance with the provisions of Article 18 above.
PARTIAL INVALIDITY CLAUSE
If a competent authority determines that any of these Terms or Provisions of the Convention are invalid, illegal or unenforceable to any extent, such Terms or Provisions shall be separated to that extent from the other Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
ΠΛΗΡΗΣ ΣΥΜΦΩΝΙΑ
Οι παρόντες Όροι όπως και κάθε έγγραφο που ρητά αναφέρεται σε αυτούς αποτελούν την πλήρη συμφωνία ανάμεσά μας αναφορικά με το αντικείμενο της κάθε Σύμβασης και αντικαθιστούν κάθε προηγούμενη γραπτή ή προφορική συμφωνία, συνεννόηση ή διακανονισμό μεταξύ μας.
Αμφότεροι εσείς και εμείς αναγνωρίζουμε ότι, για τη σύναψη της Σύμβασης, ουδείς από εμάς βασίστηκε σε οποιαδήποτε δήλωση, δέσμευση ή υπόσχεση που τυχόν δόθηκε από το έτερο συμβαλλόμενο μέρος ή που υπονοήθηκε προφορικά ή γραπτά κατά τις μεταξύ μας διαπραγματεύσεις πριν από την εν λόγω Σύμβαση, εκτός αν άλλως ορίζεται ρητά στους παρόντες Όρους.
Κανένα μέρος δεν μπορεί να ασκήσει μέσο θεραπείας σε ό,τι αφορά οποιαδήποτε ψευδή δήλωση που έγινε από το έτερο μέρος, είτε προφορικώς είτε γραπτώς, πριν από την ημερομηνία κάθε Σύμβασης (εκτός αν η ψευδής δήλωση έγινε με δόλο) και η άσκηση μέσων θεραπείας από το άλλο μέρος θα επιτρέπεται μόνο για τυχόν παράβαση της Σύμβασης, όπως προβλέπεται στους παρόντες Όρους.
ΔΙΚΑΙΩΜΑ ΤΡΟΠΟΠΟΙΗΣΗΣ ΤΩΝ ΠΑΡΟΝΤΩΝ ΟΡΩΝ
Διατηρούμε το δικαίωμα αναθεώρησης και τροποποίησης των παρόντων Όρων κατά διαστήματα.
